ⓘ
- After any changes to a category or heats, you can click the Redo button to regenerate the agenda.
- Categories affect where each dance appears in the agenda, and are defined on the Agenda page.
- The order of Solos within a category is determined by the order in which the Solos appear on the
Solos page.
- The Settings page contains some options that allow you to control heat sizes.
- If you set the time between start of heats in the settings and add a start time to at least one agenda item,
a scheduled heat time will be added to each heat.
- A summary of how many couples are on the floor for each heat is at the bottom of this page.
- Once the event has "gone to print", clicking the lock icon will lock the agenda preventing large scale changes such as redo. Small changes such as scratching heats, replacing a person in a heat, and even moving an individual entry to another heat is still possible, even when the agenda is locked.
- Locking the agenda also captures the heat numbers; if you unlock the agenda and make changes you will see an undo button appear that will alow you to revert to the last locked state.
